 How does it work? 

The Cryo "T-Shock" lymphatic drainage procedure utilizes an exchange of heat and cold to gently and gradually stimulate the lymph to release fluid that causes retention, inflammation, swelling, tenderness, weight gain, bloating, toxicity and more. This procedure is perfectly safe and the temperature changes are not hot or cold enough to freeze, burn or hurt tissue on any individual. In fact, this is a painless procedure in comparison to lymphatic drainage massages that can be painful and tender to the touch. This procedure typically results in a better appearance, while helping to eliminate toxins that have not yet moved out of the lymph.  

How does it feel?

Cryo "T-Shock" procedures are painless. You will feel a warming sensation during the heat exchange and you may feel a cold sensation but nothing uncomfortable during the cold exchange. 

Treatment Frequency 

Treatments can be performed weekly. A minimum of eight-twelve treatments is generally suggested for post-operative clients and five treatments for those who are looking to change their physical appearance. The number of treatments will vary with the severity of the condition.

Treatment Preparation

• Please make sure to avoid any sugar 2 hours before your appointment. 
• Please consume at least 2 Liters of water at least one hour prior to your appointment. 
• Avoid alcohol consumption on the day of your treatment

Post Treatment Instructions

• Perform a light 15-minute walk
• Eat lighter than usual. Make sure to consume healthy foods and do not consume any processed foods
• Increase your water consumption to 1 gallon every day
• Be prepared to relax the same day as your treatment as toxins are being eliminated from your system and you may feel tired
• If you've had surgery, please make sure to wear your compression garments after your procedure
