Cancellations & Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS: 

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be forfeited plus $50 cancellation fee.

NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES RECEIVED:

There are no refunds on services already received, services rendered, nor packages purchased. There are no refunds on packages already purchased.

TRANSFERRING PURCHASE VALUE ON PRE-PAID PACKAGES:

There are no exchanges or transfer of the purchase value regarding any pre-paid service towards another purchase or service. This is non-negotiable. 

SALES PRICES EXPIRE 

1) If services are purchased for the sale price and treatment plan has been started but not completed, as agreed upon, sale price will no longer be applied. 

2) If services are purchased for sales price and services are started but not completed, client forfeits sale price and will be charged full price for services received.
