Cancellations & Refunds Policy

CANCELLATIONS: 

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changedw or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be forfeited plus $150 cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS:

Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee before booking a new appointment.

NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES RECEIVED:

There are no refunds on services already received, services rendered, nor packages purchased. There are no refunds on packages already purchased.

TRANSFERRING PURCHASE VALUE ON PRE-PAID PACKAGES:

There are no exchanges or transfer of the purchase value regarding any pre-paid service towards another purchase or service. This is non-negotiable. 

SALES PRICES EXPIRE 

1) If services are purchased for the sale price and treatment plan has been started but not completed, as agreed upon, sale price will no longer be applied. 

2) If services are purchased for sales price and services are started but not completed, client forfeits sale price and will be charged full price for services received.

At Viva Cryo, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all clients and staff. To protect this environment, we reserve the right to refuse service or end a client relationship at any time if:

• A client engages in disrespectful, inappropriate, or harassing behavior (in person, over the phone, or via text/email).
• A client demonstrates dishonesty or repeatedly challenges our clearly stated policies.
• A client’s health or disclosed condition poses a safety risk to staff or other clients.
• A client consistently cancels, reschedules, or no-shows in a manner that disrupts business operations.

Our goal is always to serve clients with professionalism and care. In rare cases where expectations are not aligned, we may decline or discontinue service and encourage clients to find a provider who better fits their needs.
