 How does it work? 

This non-invasive treatment targets specific body areas with low-frequency sound waves to heat and vibrate the layer of fat cells below the skin's surface. How does it feel?

Treatment Preparation

Post Treatment Instructions

• Post treatment please avoid hot showers, baths or sauna for a 3-5 hours
• Stick to a diet of high protein, low fat and low carb in each meal  post treatment
• Drink plenty of water- 1.5 - 2 gallons daily for 72 hours in order to stimulate lymphatic drainage 
• Exercise within 72 hours to increase metabolism, urine output and enhance lymphatic drainage process. Best results are seen when workouts are done immediately after treatment  
• Refrain from any alcohol consumption for 48 hours after the treatment. Alcohol consumption will prevent your liver from effectively eliminating ruptured fat cell content

Side Effects

 There is no report of side effects for these treatments. However some people may experience brief redness, excessive thirst, and nausea but these are short-term effects that disappear quickly by drinking water.
